a $20.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations
less than 7 days before arrival date forfeit
deposit. If a reservation is made within
7 days of arrival date, there is no refund
on deposit. Please note that we require
a 7 day advanced notice to shorten your
reserved length of stay.
